These surveys are designed to provide the Heads of schools within the College of Engineering with constructive feedback on their performance in areas viewed as important by the Dean. They will document faculty, staff, and peer inputs for the five-year Engineering Schools' Head Review process.
Logins are required to ensure that you are offered the appropriate survey. Responses are anonymous unless you fill out the optional contact information fields.
Names, telephone numbers and email addresses are not being collected, and therefore will not be included in the summary report to the Dean or Heads. All responses are anonymous.
