“Our power is in our people” are the opening words of the values statement in the College of Engineering strategic plan Extraordinary People, Global Impact.

The goal of the Staff of 2020 initiative is twofold: to establish a college-wide culture of value for all staff and to organize staff to help achieve the College vision of global impact. All of us can play a role in shaping the College culture.
