Reappointment Review Process For Associate Deans

These surveys are designed to provide the associate deans within the College of Engineering with constructive feedback on their performance in areas viewed as important by the Dean. They will document faculty, staff, heads, cabinet, and peer inputs for the five-year College of Engineering associate dean reappointment review process.

Responses are anonymous unless you fill out the optional contact information fields. Logins are required to ensure that you are offered the appropriate survey.

The Renewal & Transformation Group requests contact information to set up one-on-one interview sessions with some participants in order to obtain additional information on the strengths and weaknesses of the Associate Dean.

Names, telephone numbers and email addresses will not be included in the summary report to the Dean or Associate Deans.
