A

One of the biggest challenges I faced was leaving behind my family to build a future for myself. I was able to overcome this because I was fortunate to meet people who would eventually become my 'American family'.

Traveling.

My future career aspiration is to work in public policy to help create a better healthcare system for everyone.

What is your advice for prospective students?

A

Don't give up, even if the journey here and settling in seems tough - it's totally worth it. And don't hesitate to ask for help whenever you need it; no one minds the questions at all. Everyone here is really supportive and they're all rooting for you!
