The Biomedical Engineering Graduate Student Association (BMEGSA) is dedicated to fostering a vibrant and inclusive academic community by facilitating professional networking, social interactions, and collaboration among our members within the Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering and students across other departments.

Description: Founded in 2006, the Biomedical Engineering Graduate Student Association (BMEGSA) serves current and prospective students of the Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering. Our mission is to foster the personal and professional growth of BME graduate students at every career stage. Through a diverse array of professional development workshops, community outreach initiatives, and social events, we empower our members with the tools and experiences necessary to excel as future leaders in the  biomedical engineering field and as proud representatives of Purdue University.

Requirements for joining: Students must be a graduate student in Biomedical Engineering (BME) or the Interdisciplinary Biomedical Sciences (IBSc) program. All Masters, Professional Masters, and PhD students are invited to join.
