We are an organization catered to women in industrial engineering, IET (Polytechnic) and systems focuses to provide social, professional and outreach opportunities to help our Boilermaker IEs become well-rounded engineers!
Description: This organization intends to empower women and other underrepresented minorities to achieve their full potential in their careers as industrial engineers and become leaders of innovation and intellectual conversations in society, provide opportunities and connections with industry partners and demonstrate the value of diversity and inclusion by encouraging women and other marginalized groups to take the first step to achieving their goals. We provide professional opportunities to help our members gain technical skills, social opportunities to grow your personal circle with intellectually empowering individuals and outreach opportunities to give back to the community that helped you become a Boilermaker Engineer!
Requirements for joining: Students must be of an engineering discipline with industrial or systems engineering focuses to join. No process of application. Recruiting begins in the beginning of each semester. Members can join based on their commitment level and there is no minimum obligation or interview process.
