Description: The American Institute of Chemical Engineers is a global organization that has both student and professional opportunities for chemical engineers. At Purdue University specifically, we are a social and professional student organization that specializes in connecting fellow students to students (to bolster the camaraderie among the ChE community), faculty (to encourage communication between professors and peers), industry (to learn application of theories from class and foster professional connections) and community (to improve philanthropic outreach). Anyone interested in becoming more involved in AIChE is encouraged to join.
