- Division III - 12/20 at 7:00 p.m. - All other Engineering majors

The Office of Undergraduate Education coordinates nominations for Banner Bearer and staff/faculty volunteers for the ceremonies.
Fall 2026 Banner Bearer
Due to the challenges of the updated Commencement location in Mackey Arena, Banner Bearers will not be used.
Fall 2026 Graduation Volunteer Sign Up deadline: October 30, 2026
Volunteers will report to Holloway Gymnasium about 2 hours prior to the ceremony start time. They will check in students with their orator cards and assist with lineup.
