Commencement Nominations and Volunteers
The Office of Undergraduate Education coordinates the Banner Bearer nominations and Armory Assistant volunteers for the College of Engineering.
Summer 2025 Banner Bearer Nomination deadline: June 17, 2025
Once all nominations are received, the Office of Undergraduate Education will vote internally on finalists for each commencement division and share the chosen student's information with the Office of the Registrar.

The College of Engineering needs staff and faculty volunteers to assist in the Armory for the COE Commencement Division on Saturday, August 9, 2025. Please fill out the form to volunteer.
