Indigenous tattoo artists will talk about the traditional Indigenous practice of hand poked tattooing and how both the practice of tattooing and the tattoo itself shape and reflect cultural identity. This event is part of the Spirit and Place Festival.
This event is held in collaboration with the Eiteljorg Museum and the Indiana Native American Indian Affairs Commission.
