This presentation will provide an introduction to how advanced degree seekers can develop and refine their professional brand, and how they can convey it via career tools like elevator pitches and LinkedIn summaries, and during career events such as networking and informational interviews. There will be time at the end for audience questions.

Amruta Inamdar

Dr. Amruta Inamdar is a Sr. Career Services Consultant at Purdue University's Center for Career Opportunities (CCO), and leads her office's career development programming for graduate students. As a career coach, she offers workshops and appointments to explore diverse careers, and works one-on-one to review professional skills and documents for industry and academic applications, help develops personal brands, and strategize individual career journeys. Before joining Purdue, Amruta worked in International Programs and Graduate Student Services, and received her PhD from the University of Pennsylvania.
