"GradBridge: Engineering Career Mentoring Circles" are designed to connect graduate students and postdocs with experienced mentors, peers, and career insights. Through interactive small-group mentoring, you’ll explore career pathways in academia, industry, government, entrepreneurship and more—building skills, confidence, and networks to support your professional growth.

Event Description
What: Mentoring Circles will be made up of ~8 graduate students/postdocs and two professionals in various sectors. GradBridge will provide a sample schedule and discussion topics to guide each session.
When: Three 1.5-hour meetings during February 2026 (Tuesdays Feb 10th, 17th, and 24th) from 7-8:30pm eastern. Optional Kickoff Meeting on Tuesday Feb 3rd. All sessions are held virtually on Zoom.
Application Deadline: Priority deadline is Monday, January 5, 2026, by 8:00am EST - application will remain open and rolling for mentees Friday Jan 9th, or until all spots are filled. Apply now!
