The schedule for the 2025 Design Expo is as follows: (Wednesday, April 30, 2025)

• 9:30 am to 10:30 am - Team Set-Up
• 10:30 am to 2:00 pm - Expo and Judging
• 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm - Malott Innovation Awards (Mechanical Engineering only)
• 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm - Expo Awards
