On behalf of the Purdue Energetics Research Center, we invite you to save the date for the combined 2nd Annual Purdue Energetics Research Center - Energetics Talent Showcase (PERC-ETS '25) and the 4th Biennial Purdue Energetic Materials Summit (PEMS '25). These events will be held back-to-back on the campus of 4th Biennial Purdue Energetic Materials Summit, PEMS '25. These events will be held back-to-back on the campus of Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN on September 22-23 (PERC-ETS '25) and September 23-26 (PEMS '25). In response to feedback from prior technical exchanges, these events will be held at the Distro D level. To ensure compliance with export control regulations and national security requirements, all participants must adhere to the following conditions:

Restricted Access: This event is designated as Distribution D, meaning participation is limited to U.S. citizens only. Proof of citizenship and a valid government-issued photo ID will be required at event check-in.
No Photography or Recording Devices: Electronic devices capable of photography or recording, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, cameras, and audio/video recorders, will not be permitted inside the event venue. A secure storage area will be available at check-in for participants to store mobile phones and other restricted devices during the event.
Pre-Registration & Background Check: Due to security protocols, all attendees must pre-register in advance and undergo a background check before gaining entry. On-site registration will not be available.
Organizational Responsibility: The participant?s organization is responsible for ensuring that all individuals they register meet the eligibility requirements, including U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass the required background check.

Special celebration of 250 Year Anniversary of the United States Marine Corps (USMC)
