Students design and build enrichment activities which would enhance the chimpanzee exhibits, to include activities that are mentally and/or physically challenging for the apes and include some “reward” for the experience. For the orangutan exhibit, students design and build an enrichment activity (or activities) that can be set-up/loaded at ground level and raised to the ceiling of the atrium of the Simon/Skodt International Orangutan Center.
