Engineers Without Borders USA is a national organization that partners with communities around the world to meet their basic human needs. EPICS has partnered with the student chapter of EWB-USA in West Lafayette to use the strengths of both programs to support humanitarian projects in various geographical areas. More recently, they have been collaborating with an indigeneous community in Louisiana, USA, and with a rural community in Rwanda. There are over 200 EWB-USA chapters across the United States, made up of both students and professionals. EWB-USA strives to build a better world and develop leaders through sustainable engineering projects.
