Event Description
Millicent Sullivan from the University of Delaware's Department of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering will present as part of the Davidson School of Chemical Engineering's seminar series.
Sullivan is the Alvin B. and Julie O. Stiles Professor and department chair, whose lab develops biomaterials for drug delivery, gene delivery and tissue engineering, with therapeutic targets including metastatic breast cancer, bone repair and cardiovascular repair. She earned her bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Princeton University and her Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University, and joined Delaware's faculty in 2006.
She is a Fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering and a Fulbright Future Scholar at the University of Melbourne.
