How to get to West Lafayette
West Lafayette is located in north-central Indiana and is home to Purdue University. It is easily accessible via multiple transportation modes:

West Lafayette is conveniently located near Interstate 65. It is:- 1 hour 15 minutes from Indianapolis

By Bus/Shuttle:
Shuttle services such as Lafayette Limo and Reindeer Shuttle provide regular service between West Lafayette and Indianapolis/Chicago airports.
Advance booking is recommended. -
By Train:
The nearest Amtrak station is in Lafayette, IN (station code: LAF), with service via the Cardinal Line (New York – Chicago route).
The station is about a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk from Purdue’s campus.
Shuttle service provided by conference
Complimentary conference shuttles will run at scheduled times between various locations such as hotels, conference venue, Bowen Lab, etc.

Local Transportation
- Shuttle Services: CityBus Centre operates public transportation in the Greater Lafayette area including several stops on the campus. Please visit CityBus Website or download the MyCityBus app for real-time tracking of the buses.
- Purdue bus service is also available (More information will be provided soon)
- Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are widely available in West Lafayette.
- E-Scooters and Bikes: Available for rent via Veo or Lime apps across campus and city.
- Walking: The Purdue campus and surrounding area are very walkable, with ample pedestrian pathways.
- Parking: On-campus parking will require a visitor permit. We recommend checking Purdue’s parking portal for visitor parking options.
