Submissions

Submissions are managed through the Ex Ordo platform. Upon opening the link, you will be directed to the login page, where you will need to create an Ex Ordo account.
Once logged in, simply select the "Submit the Abstract" icon to access the submission page. Please review the instructions provided carefully before submitting. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Ex Ordo support available on the website.
Abstracts will now be accepted on a rolling basis and decisions will be sent out as reviewed.

- Abstract and presentation
- Abstract, presentation and paper (Select few papers will be considered to include in a special issue of a lead structural engineering journal)
Presentation FIRST draft submission is due on April 30, 2026. Presentation can be edited till July 26, 2026.
Paper submission is due on April 30, 2026.
