Summary
This project is concerned with establishing collaborative research
projects between European research units and American researchers.
During the previous phase of this project (1992-93), several exploratory
exchange visits in Europe and the United States were arranged. Focused
workshops took place in Galway, Ireland, in March 1995 and in Bordeaux,
France in April 1996.
