Background
I joined the Gounder Group in the fall of 2021, where my research focuses on fundamental kinetic and mechanistic studies on metal-zeolite catalysts. I earned my PhD in chemical engineering from University of Florida in spring 2021. During my PhD, I did research with Prof. David Hibbitts focusing on using density functional theory to understand methanol-to-olefin conversion in zeolite catalysts. Beyond research, I enjoy hiking, traveling, and ice skating.
