- Understand different approaches used in project control.
- Design the planning process for construction process and apply different levels of planning.
- Communicate plans at appropriate levels and target the user of the information.
- Evaluate the impact of changes in materials management, information technology and other issues on project management
- Monitor plans and employ tools with which to address challenges in project durations and/or optimize resource utilization and costs and improve quality and safety of construction projects
