Learning Objectives: 

  1. Understand different approaches used in project control.
  2. Design the planning process for construction process and apply different levels of planning.
  3. Communicate plans at appropriate levels and target the user of the information.
  4. Evaluate the impact of changes in materials management, information technology and other issues on project management
  5. Monitor plans and employ tools with which to address challenges in project durations and/or optimize resource utilization and costs and improve quality and safety of construction projects
