Lang Zeng's Biography

Lang Zeng was born in Jiangsu, China, in 1983. He received the B.S. degree in microelectronics from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2007. He is currently working toward the Ph.D degree at the Institute of Microelectronics, Peking University.
His research interests include carrier and phonon transport in nanoscale, electronic structure calculation and electron-phonon interaction
During his tenure in the Klimeck group he worked on the following research projects:
- modeling and simulation of carrier transport details in SB MOSFET
- modeling and simulation of nanoscale device & circuits parameter fluctuations due to process variation
- modeling and simulation of quantum effect in nanoscale device
- modeling and simulation of carbon-based electronics in graphene and Carbon Nanotube
