Lang Zeng received his Bachelor Degree........ and Master degree... Lang joined the Klimeck research group in August 2005.

Lang's research is focused on the modeling and simulation of Quantum Dots. He is using NEMO 3-D as a primary vehicle for modeling and simulation.

During his tenure in the Klimeck group he worked on the following research projects:

• Please use the attached templates as examples. Do not import other templates. Electronic structure of quantum dot stacks [P75].
• Fine Structure Splitting in QDs Crystal Symmetry, Strain, and Piezo-Electricity. The work is published in [J104, P76]
• Spectral energy tuning of InAs quantum dots with InGaAs quantum wells. The work is accepted for publication.
