Tracy Stone is a certified leadership and career coach with extensive executive leadership experience in the technology industry, spanning engineering, people development and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. She brings passion, empathy and personal experience to her work empowering and developing women, executives and technical teams.
As the former director of diversity, equity and inclusion at Intuit, Stone led strategies and programs that advanced representation, inclusion and equity in the technology industry, culminating in industry-leading global representation of women in technical roles.
Before joining Intuit, Stone co-founded and served as executive director of a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring young girls to pursue opportunities in STEM. She also held leadership roles at Adobe, HP and Intel.
Stone earned a degree in computer and electrical engineering and combines her engineering background, leadership experience and expertise in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging to support the development of women, executives and technical teams.
