Jaime Mineart serves as chief technology officer and senior vice president at Caterpillar Inc., where she leads the company's Cat Technology division. In this role, she is responsible for the development and integration of advanced technology solutions across Caterpillar's global product portfolio.
Mineart's team advances machine and site autonomy and automation to enhance productivity, efficiency and safety across customer operations worldwide. She also oversees enterprise-wide initiatives in innovation, research and development and physical AI acceleration, supporting Caterpillar's continued advancement in technology and engineering innovation.
Before her current role, Mineart served as senior vice president of Caterpillar's Electric Power Division. The organization provides global leadership for the electric power generation business, creating energy solutions for customers through generator sets, renewable energy assets, power optimization solutions and aftermarket services.
Mineart earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University.
