Dianne M. Beever is a transformation and operations executive with experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives across the technology, manufacturing and energy sectors. Her work focuses on improving organizational effectiveness and business performance through operational excellence, digital transformation, practical innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
Beever currently serves as president-elect of the Society of Women Engineers and will serve as president beginning in July 2027. She previously served four years on SWE's Board of Directors, including two years as treasurer and two years as director. Her SWE leadership experience also includes service on the Board of Trustees.
Beever earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering technology, a master's degree with an interdisciplinary engineering concentration and a master's degree in management with a concentration in strategy and operations, all from Purdue University. She also serves on the Purdue University College of Engineering First-Year Engineering Board.
Beever lives in Georgetown, Texas, with her husband, Phong, and their golden retriever, Painter.
