How to Schedule an ESS Peer Tutoring Appointment in BoilerConnect

Engineering Student Success (ESS) offers peer tutoring through the Engineering Success Center (ESC), located at Lambertus 2235. Students can schedule tutoring appointments in advance through BoilerConnect or stop by for walk-in tutoring when a tutor is available.

Schedule an Appointment

  1. Log in to BoilerConnect using your Purdue credentials.
  2. Choose the option to Schedule an Appointment.
  3. When prompted, select:
    • Care Unit: Tutoring
    • Location: Engineering Success Center
    • Service: Tutoring
  4. Select the course you need help with.
  5. Review the available tutoring times and select an appointment that works for you.
  6. Complete the appointment request in BoilerConnect.

Important: BoilerConnect only displays tutoring options for courses in which you are currently enrolled. If you are enrolled in a course but do not see any tutoring availability, the course may not yet be listed in the tutor’s availability. Please contact ESS for assistance.

Walk-In Tutoring

You are also welcome to stop by the ESC without a scheduled appointment.

  • If a tutor is available, you may meet with them as a walk-in.
  • If a tutor is not available for your course at that time, you can schedule an appointment for a later time through BoilerConnect.
