West Point Cadets Visit Purdue’s Fall Expo and PMRI

Four senior cadets from West Point Academy (Isaac Folorunso, Bryan Frost, Jacob Hyatt, and Owen Hodges) accompanied by CPT Borger recently visited Purdue University to learn about the Purdue Military Research Institute (PMRI) and explore graduate school opportunities. Hosted by PMRI, the visit included participation in the Fall Expo 2024, where the cadets showcased their research skills through impressive technical presentations.

In addition to the Expo, the cadets engaged with Purdue faculty who shared their research interests and met former West Point students currently pursuing Grad studies at PMRI. These interactions provided valuable insights into Purdue’s graduate programs, fostering stronger connections between West Point and PMRI. The visit exemplified PMRI’s commitment to supporting the academic aspirations of active-duty military officers and cultivating future leaders in research and innovation.
