Gaurav Kumar K

Gaurav received his B.E. in Electronics and Tele-Communication Engineering from Jadavpur University, India, in 2017. He then worked as a technical analyst at Bharti Airtel for a couple of years. He joined Purdue in Fall 2019 to pursue his Ph.D. degree. Before joining NRL in Spring 2023, Gaurav worked with Prof. Shreyas Sen, focusing on low-power and high-speed sensors for emerging technologies. Gaurav also interned with Kilby Labs during the summer of 2021, where he worked on high-speed interfaces. His current research interests include novel circuits and architectures for accelerating AI/ML workloads. In his free time, he likes to play cricket and has represented Purdue at regional and national championships.
