Christopher Yussef Diaz Garcia, fall 2025

Christopher Díaz is a Software Engineering student at the Technological University of Panama and a member of the Sigma Lambda Honor Chapter. He is currently undertaking an internship at Purdue University, where he is learning about AI hardware accelerators. His main interests include web development, data science, and a growing focus on hardware design

Christopher has worked on projects ranging from traffic monitoring systems using AI and image processing to generative AI for healthcare applications. He has also collaborated with institutions such as INDICATIC AIP and the Illinois Institute of Technology. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, working out, listening to music, and continuously learning new things.


Donghui Lee, 2025-26

Donghui Lee is a Ph.D. student in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Kyungpook National University (KNU), South Korea. He is currently a visiting researcher at Purdue University, where he is working in the Nanoelectronics Research Laboratory under Prof. Kaushik Roy. His main interests include DNA sequence alignment, hardware acceleration, stochastic computing architectures, and low-power VLSI design.
