Virginia Booth Womack, External Advisory Board Member: $19M award from the National Science Foundation to create the Rhode Island Consortium for Coastal Ecology Assessment, Innovation, and Modeling (RI C-AIM). The award is through the Established Program to Simulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR). Virginia's role as an External Advisory Board Member is to review, inform, and guide the efforts to make diversity an integrated and guiding force across all activities.
