This course provides a project-based approach to mechatronic design. The Arduino Uno is used as a platform for implementation of finite state machines. A seven-week design project prompts students to use what they've learned to build an autonomous vehicle that completes a specified task.
Announcements and News
- 23 Apr: The robot "arena" will be repainted on Friday afternoon (24 April), and will therefore be unavailable while the paint dries (usually overnight). Once the paint job is finished, please remove your shoes before walking on the playing area, and please try to avoid marking up the white surface with your robot wheels or treads. Thanks!
- 22 Apr: A reminder that your second (and final) peer review is due next week. Please email your completed form to Dr. Shelton before 5 pm on Wednesday, April 29th.
