Hi Wuming,

Thank you for your interest in our facility. We do have a SLA System newly installed within a laboratory of Birck. I am the Engineer on Staff responsible for that tool.

MEMS devices are usually created in our cleanroom. However, depending upon the geometry and minimum feature sizes you desire, we may be able to do either a portion or all of your device on the SLA system.

At the moment, our Z-Axis resolution is 0.004 inch (0.1 mm). I am still trying to find the limits for X and Y axis resolution, but I would imagine it should be in the same ballpark as the Z. Beam diameter is 0.25mm.

Our current resin in use is NanoForm 15120 Gray. It is a high strength, high temperature resin saturated with ceramic nano particles.
