Biomedical Engineering Society

Purdue's Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES) is an undergraduate service and social organization that provides students opportunities for learning and growth.

Description: BMES is a student organization centered around facilitating an environment for undergraduate students interested in the biomedical engineering field. Our organization consists of four main pillars of mentorship, professional development, outreach and social programming. Those pillars offer a wide variety of events for all members to find their place. Events can range from exclusive company networking nights to local volunteer opportunities to fun socials, such as bowling. We enjoy spreading the knowledge of biomedical engineering on and off campus while supporting our members' professional and personal growth.

Requirements for joining: All students interested in the biomedical engineering field are welcome, and sign-ups typically open at the beginning of each semester. However, if you are interested in joining, please reach out to our officers.
