I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University. I obtained my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 2022, where I was advised by Prof. H.-S. Philip Wong. I was a visiting researcher with Silicon Research Group at Meta (formerly Facebook) Reality Labs.
I lead the NanoX Lab @ Purdue. My research interests are in new memory device technologies and circuit designs for energy-efficient computing, spanning experimental, design, and system integration aspects for creating nanotechnology-inspired hardware chips. To date I have published more than 50 papers appearing in leading conferences (IEDM, VLSI, ISSCC, DAC, etc.) and journals (TED, JSSC, Nature Electronics, etc.). My work has been featured as part of the “New Compute Trajectories for Energy-Efficient Computing” in SRC’s pivotal roadmap, “The Decadal Plan for Semiconductors”. I received 2019 IEEE EDS PhD Student Fellowship and 2016 IEEE EDS Masters Student Fellowship (the only recipient in U.S. in respective years).
Openings in NanoX Lab @ Purdue ECE:
I am looking for self-motivated Ph.D. and M.S. students, postdoctoral scholars, and undergraduate researchers to join my NanoX Lab at Purdue ECE.
