Background

Luke Pretzie received a B.S in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) in 2018, graduating Summa Cum Laude and having spent the final year of his degree program as president of the local Engineering in Medicine and Biology (EMBS) program. He then spent three years working part-time as a Biomedical Equipment Technician while simultaneously pursuing a coursework Masters in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, awarded May 2021.
