Online Media Production Facilities Reservation Restrictions:

Only Staff or current Professors may reserve time with this online system.

Reservations are made on a first come basis.

Professors pre-recording sessions please remember to reserve at least 1 hour of time for a 50 minute class, at least 1-1/2 hours for a 75 minute class. The recording of sessions is allowed only for situations that require you to be away from the classroom during normal class time.

Please be at the studio at least 5 minutes before the confirmed starting time of your recording session.

Your reservation is not final until confirmed by Multimedia Staff - Carl Black or Steven Beier.
