Marta Prada

Marta Prada received her Bachelor Degree at the Autonomus University of Madrid (Spain) and her PhD at the University of Leeds, UK. Marta joined the Klimeck research group in January 2005, and is currenty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (UWM).

During her tenure in the Klimeck group she worked on the following research projects:

• Si/InAs Composite Channels: Low Effective Mass and Direct Bandgap Structures
• Magnetic field dependence of valley-splitting in miscut (100) SiGe/Si/SiGe quantum wells [J_2007_6].
• Spin-Orbit Coupling (SOC) Parameters in Si/SiGe QWs: Structure (SIA) and Bulk (BIA) Inversion Asymmetry
