Question/Problem:

• Can we model other oxide semiconductor with EH?

Methodology:

• Fit band structures for bulk TiO2 and HfO2 to DFT* . Results are shown below.

Results/Impact:

• A new set of transferable oxygen parameters was obtained for HfO2 and TiO2.
