Abhinav Sinha's Biography
Abhinav Sinha is currently in the 4th year of his Dual Degree program (5 years) at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT, Bombay) and is expected to pass out in June, 2012 with a B.Tech degree . Major in Electrical Engineering with Honours and Minor in Computer Science and Engineering along with M.Tech in Microelectronics.
During his tenure in the Klimeck group he worked on the following research projects:- The simulation and study of Resonant Tunneling Diodes and the approximations used for calculations of the same.
