Level 3: AI-Subject Requirements
Required: At least one of the following courses:
- ME 53900 Introduction to Scientific Machine Learning
- ME 59700 Artificial Intelligence in Thermal Systems
- New Course: AI Applications in Design and Manufacturing
Recommended:
- ME 49601 AI for Research Innovation in ME (Seminar Course)
Level 4: AI-Builder Requirement
All ME students are already required to complete a capstone project for their bachelor’s degree. The School of ME will introduce new AI elements in the following design courses:
- ME 36400 Systematic Engineering Design
- ME 46300 Engineering Design
