Nancy Uridil is a global executive with leadership experience across consumer products, cosmetics and durable goods businesses ranging from $1 billion to $6 billion. Her career includes senior executive leadership, global operations and corporate and functional strategy development.
Uridil has 15 years of public and private board service. She served on the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, which manages approximately $140 billion in assets, from 2015-25 and on the board of Flexsteel Industries from 2010-19.
During 18 years in senior executive roles, Uridil served as senior vice president of global operations at Moen Inc. from 2005-14, senior vice president at The Estée Lauder Companies from 2000-05 and senior vice president at Mary Kay Inc. from 1996-2000.
Uridil began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she spent 20 years working across several businesses to develop and deliver sustainable competitive advantages. Her experience included brands such as Charmin, Puffs, Pampers and Luvs in the paper sector; Downy and Safeguard in the soap sector; and Crisco and Olestra in the food sector.
