Visa information
While it is the responsibility of participants to manage their visa applications, the PBM 2025 organizing committee is happy to provide an official invitation letter to support your visa appointment.
If you require an invitation letter, please contact the organizing committee at pbm2025@purdue.edu. To process your request, we may ask for the following information:
- Full name (as in passport)
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Abstract submission details (if not yet submitted)
Please ensure you request your letter well in advance to allow sufficient time for visa processing.

Abstract submission guidelines
We are using Oxford Abstracts as the platform for abstract submissions. Please note that emails from no-reply@oxfordabstracts.com may be delivered to your spam folder—be sure to check it.
How to submit your abstract
1. Prepare your abstract
- Download the abstract template from here.
- Abstracts should be limited to 300 words.
- Figures and tables may be included as an appendix.
2. Create an account in Oxford Abstracts.
3. Submit your abstract
- Access to the submission page from here.
- Submission opens on February 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM (EST, GMT-5).

- Abstract (PDF format)
- Authors and affiliations
- Category selection*
- Presentation style preference
- Intention to submit a full-length article**
