Registration costs do not include accommodation fees. More information on the costs of accommodation is included in the Accommodation Tab.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Visa letters will be sent only after the registration fee has been received. It is recommended that those who need Visa letters register early.
- Only one abstract is allowed per registered party. Additional abstracts (up to 2) may be included with a single registration at a increased registration fee.
- Abstract submission codes will be requested during the registration process. Presenting authors should include their abstract submission code(s) with their registration.
- Full-time students will be required to send a copy of their Student ID to the registration desk via the online registration page.
- Receipt of the registration fee will be confirmed via email and through the registration portal.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Requests to cancel registration must be sent to the ANCRiSST registration desk by email. With request that comply with the following cancellation policy, refunds will be made within two months after the conferences. No-shows are not applicable for refunds. Registration cancellations or adjustments resulting in a balance of less than $50.00 will not be refunded.
