What is IAC?

The Industrial Assessment Center at IUPUI is proudly sponsored by the US Department of Energy (DOE) with the primary objective of assisting small and medium-sized companies in enhancing energy efficiency. Through the center's initiatives, complimentary energy assessments are conducted, alongside the training of the next generation of energy efficiency professionals. These efforts are underpinned by robust research on energy management tools.

The Industrial Assessment Center at IUPUI is one of 35 IAC?s located at university campuses across the country. The IAC?s conduct complimentary energy assessments sponsored by the US Department of Energy. These detailed assessments help manufacturers identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce consumption and save money.
