I support Black engineers to let them know that our world’s challenges can be engaged through problem solving, critical thinking and their own analytical minds.”

K12 and Undergraduate Programs Administrator

Minority Engineering Program

I support future Black engineers, by developing and administering programs at both the K12 and Undergraduate level.

For I am not just here to develop programs, but to facilitate an environment ripe for the fusion of mathematical, scientific and technological concepts.

My role is to support life-changing experiences which transform engineering students into inventive problem solvers.

I support Black engineers by recruiting kids from around the world to providing them with experiences that engage their curiosity and posit the notion that learning can be fun!

I support Black engineers by introducing them to engineering concepts, math enrichment, hands-on projects, games and coding.

I support engineering by facilitating a family type of supportive atmosphere at the Minority Engineering Program at Purdue University.

I support Black engineers by exposing them to mock interviews, resume critiques, elevator speeches and corporate networking opportunities.

I support Black engineers by mentoring, coaching and challenging future engineers to be their best self.

I support Black engineers by challenging in an academic boot camp environment to add both character, determination, work ethic and resilience to their tool belt.

After all, it doesn’t matter so much what others think of you, but rather what’s most important is what you think of, and how you carry yourself.

Future Black engineer responses and questions challenge me to grow to pursue a higher level of excellence.

I support Black engineers by listening and encouraging, especially in those times when one might feel like giving up.

I support Black engineers with the lesson that it is okay to fail, because failure can be one of our greatest life lessons.

I support Black engineers to let them know that our world’s challenges can be engaged through problem solving, critical thinking and their own analytical minds.

I support Black engineers, by demonstrating the fact that you must first become an engineer inside your mind.

I support Black engineers.
