ECE544: Course Grade

Monitoring of Exams:

Please expect in-class synchronous (time for Final Exam is to be announced by the University) exams on the dates shown on the syllabus. If you are unable to be in class at the time of the exam, you will be expected to be monitored by a commercial exam proctoring tool approved by Engineering Professional Education. These tools typically gain access to a computer or Ipad and make a recording of the student taking the exam. You will be required to be reasonably cooperative in this process to ensure that exams have academic integrity. Please contact me with concerns about this process.

Tentative grading scheme:

(At the instructor's discretion at the end of the course, the weighting for homework may be increased to as much as 20%, with the corresponding weighting on tests and the final reduced to as low a level as 8/9 of the listed weightings. That is, the instructor reserves the right to adjust the homework weighting to any level between 10% and 20%.)

Homework:	10% (See note above.)
Test No. 1:	25% (See note above.)
Test No. 2:	25% (See note above.)
Final Exam:	40% (See note above.)
