Fall Cooperative Callout

Interested in learning more about the most affordable housing on campus? Purdue Cooperatives are hosting fall recruitment for all current Purdue students. Each house is hosting open houses from now until November 3rd. This is an opportunity to go through recruitment for these houses! Make sure you attend as many as possible in order to find the house that is best fit for you! Cooperative callout is Tuesday October 29th at 7pm in Lily 3118. First-Year Engineering is seeking mentors for the Spring 2025 semester!

The FYE Academic Success Program (ASP) is seeking mentors for Spring 2025!! ASP is a voluntary academic support program offered in the spring semester to help our FYE students on academic notice. One of the components of ASP is that students can request to be paired with an upper-level engineering student for peer mentoring. The pairings are determined by the needs of each ASP student and their engineering major of interest. The time commitment for the semester is low. SWEekend Major Info Session

Are you interested in sharing your major with high school seniors? Then apply to be on the panel for our SWEekend Major Info Session and represent your major! SWEekend is a day-and-a-half event in which high school seniors come to Purdue, follow around current Purdue students, and attend sessions and tours to learn about Purdue! This semester, SWEekend is Friday, November 1st and Saturday, November 2nd. The Major Info Session is one of the several events SWE will host for the seniors to learn about Purdue. It will be held Friday, November 1st from 5:30 - 6:30 pm.

The goal for this panel is to inform the high school seniors about the different engineering and engineering related majors at Purdue. Students with majors from the colleges of engineering, polytechnic, science, and any other engineering related majors are welcome to apply! CARES Hub Engineering Lounges in ARMSTRONG

Are you looking for a quiet place to study or simply a nice place to relax between classes? Stop by the CARES Hub lounges in ARMS 1261 and 1264. We have tables for studying, comfy chairs for relaxing, and snacks! We also have a microwave, refrigerator, and printer for your use. Don't feel like studying? Socialize, play a game, take/read a free book, make origami, or use our coloring wall. All these activities are designed to help you relax which is great for your mental health. Stop in and enjoy!
