ETRI and Cellico Researchers Visit Purdue for NCC Collaboration

As part of the expanding international collaboration under the NCC project, Purdue University hosted visitors from two key partner institutions in South Korea: Dr. Kyung Hyun Kim from the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) and Dr. Gilbert Seo from Cellico Inc.
The visit aimed to advance discussions and joint planning for the development of biodegradable neuro-electronic interfaces, including implantable systems that combine flexible bioresorbable electronics with therapeutic functions. The meetings included lab tours, technical presentations, and strategic coordination across partner organizations.
This visit reinforced the strong research ties among Purdue University, ETRI, and Cellico, and demonstrated a continued commitment to collaborative innovation in the field of transient medical devices.
