Siqi Cheng's Biography
Siqi Cheng will receive his Bachelor's Degree in Mircroelectronics from Fudan University in June 2012. His former researches included energy band structure calculation with tight-binding method in Nanowires and reliability problems in Nanowires. He is currently in the Klimeck research group as a summer student.
His project in the group is to improve RTDnegf tool.
